Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) steps pause a Wrkflow so a person can review, approve, reject, or correct work before automation continues.

When to use HITL

• High-stakes decisions (payments, compliance, customer communication)
• AI or RPA output that needs verification
• Exceptions that require judgment

How it works in Wrk

1. The Wrkflow reaches a HITL Action and pauses
2. An assigned reviewer receives the task
3. They approve, reject, or provide corrections
4. The Wrkflow resumes based on the outcome
