Choosing a Wrk Action
Wrk Actions are grouped by capability. When you add a step to your Wrkflow, pick the family that matches what that step needs to do — then browse the Action library for the specific Wrk Action.
Action types
- Web & RPA — automate websites, desktop apps, and dynamic UIs when no API is available
- Document Processing — extract text, tables, and structured fields from documents
- User Forms — pause a Wrkflow for human review, approval, or input
- Integrations — connect to third-party apps through Wrk Connectors
- Wrkflow, Data and File Tools — transform data, control flow, and manage files between steps
