Human in the Loop

Use Human in the Loop to pause a Wrkflow for someone to review AI-prepared information, approve a decision, or add expertise before automation continues.

Example: invoice review​

The video shows AI preparing invoice details, then a person checking the invoice, adjusting the allocation, and approving it. The Wrkflow waits for the form response before continuing with the reviewed information.

Build a form for human review​

  1. Open the Wrk form builder and build the form you want, including any default values for the reviewer.
  2. Select HTML Mode, copy the HTML, and paste it into the Form content field of the Create a form Wrk Action. If a default value should come from an earlier Wrk Action or launch input, replace it with the corresponding Data Library Item so the form is populated dynamically. See Data Library Items.
  3. Use the form link and ID from Create a form in your process. Send the link through the client's chosen messaging app, then add Wait for a form response so the Wrkflow pauses until the reviewer submits the form. The submitted response is available to later Wrk Actions.

This pattern works for invoice approvals, AI review, and requests for subject-matter input. Continue the Wrkflow into the client's applications, websites, desktops, or databases using the connection method that fits the solution.
